The Birches at Newtown, located in the beautiful and historical Newtown borough in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, provides an affordable, home-like environment for older adults requiring some level of personal assistance. Every resident experiences a unique mix of security and independence, privacy and companionship, and physical and social well-being.

Located within The Birches at Newtown is our Daybreak Memory Care Neighborhood, which is designed for seniors living with memory impairment due to Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. This unique, highly-structured and secured environment promotes independence, socialization and a better quality of life.

My mother was in assisted living for 9 months and her care just got continuously better. The more the staff knew her the more personal they became, stopping in her room just to see her. I always felt she received special attention. She was in three other local facilities for skilled care rehab over the years and I can truthfully say I liked the Birches the best. The call bell response was not five star but they are working on it.
