We are then able to create an environment where our staff can unleash their potential to attain their highest levels of job performance along with their highest sense of job satisfaction.
More attention could be given to vacuuming rooms and pt hallways. Other than that – good. The staff members are very friendly. The care is good but we had a little bump when several of the residents were diagnosed with COVID. Staff needed to attend to Covid positive patients, delaying care to others. Somewhat understandable. LPN could be more responsive. Dining is very good. Staff awesome. Go out of way to help. Food "bland" per mom but that could be her need for more seasoning. The activities are very good. Christmas show was fabulous – mom loved it. PT and OT are superb.
